Presentation & Poster Guidelines
Presentation Submission (Invited and Contributed)
A conference laptop will be available in the session room to load your presentation. Be sure to bring a copy of your presentation on a flash drive and load your presentation first thing in the morning, prior to the session start time, or at any break prior to your scheduled talk time. If you’d like to use your personal laptop to present your talk you may do so, we will have accommodations for various laptops, however, if you require any special hook-ups please bring them with you just in case. If you’d like to send your presentation in advance please contact Rudy Wojtecki at rjwojtec@us.ibm.com to get access to a conference folder to submit your presentation.
Invited:
Time allotted: 25 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and answers (30 minutes total).
Contributed:
Time allotted: 15 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and answers (20 minutes total).
